Meet The Team

Susan’s experience of over 15 years as a medical facility professional has a diverse background in private practice, surgery centers, and pain management. Her expertise lies in providing exceptional service to their patients in our community. Susan leads the organization in it's strategic direction and daily operations.

Tom recently served as Vice President of Sales at ORAFOL Americas, Inc., with responsibility for international and domestic leadership and management of company sales and marketing functions, a leading manufacturer of pressure-sensitive graphic, printing, and reflective films used in the signage and traffic & safety markets.  Prior to joining ORAFOL, he worked in sales management at 3M Company, in several different leadership positions. Tom’s greatest strengths are his strategy, drive and leadership.       A resident of Charlottesville since 2007, Tom is excited about serving his community by becoming a new resource and partner to his clients. Tom will lead the company in sales as well as the day to day direction of Image360-Charlottesville.

Tommy is a recent graduate from Randolph-Macon College with a major in Communications Studies with a focus on business.  During his four years at Randolph-Macon, Tommy played varsity football, led a fraternity and held a fine-dining serving position. With a demonstrated work ethic and experience, Tommy is excited to be a part of the Image360 team.
